Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia

How long will it take to receive my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders within one business day and delivery to be made within 3-5 business days depending on the location. 

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?

Please contact us at info@onmywatch.com.au and provide your order details and we will dispatch the correct item to you. The incorrect item can be returned once the correct item is received.
