Exchange & Refund

Here at On My Watch we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as expected. Which is why we offer 21 days exchange & returns on all unused products. Whether it be you picked the wrong size, the strap doesn’t suit your watch, or you have simply changed your mind.

Exchanges:
Simply send the product back to us (at your own cost) in its original, unused condition and we will replace it with free standard postage.

Refunds:
If you want a refund, a small $7 fee will incur for administrative purposes, which will be deducted against your refund amount. All refunds require proof of purchase. Please note postage fees will only be refunded if the product is damaged.
